Self-Confrontations

Thoughts at Large and Small that Came to Me under Duress and Stress:

1. Be disciplined. You are already good and uncommon. With discipline, you can go further. See how cogent your thinking process is. It flows in a logical, almost irrefutable manner. How many folks that you personally know can write like you do?

2. Bragging is objectionable though necessary for the ego and confidence at times. Still, Silence is a better indicator of Strength. Bragging means lack of confidence. You must have a quiet confidence of a hunter and killer. Killers don't make noises. They don't draw attention to themselves. Before you are about to brag, stop send think there are always individuals who are much better than you, and they don't brag. Grow up and be wise.

3. Run, lift weight, do Yoga stretching exercises, and meditate everyday. Be in tune with your mind and body. Listen to music. Sing. Read. Write. Make these activities as natural and routine as eating, sleeping, and breathing. Be proud of who you are.

(To be continued)
