In Search of Serenity

In Search of Serenity

I always maintain that one does not understand oneself until and unless one is tested. My reactions to the the fucked-up, mother-fucking, stupid and ignorant scumbags who exhibited tawdry remarks and envy clearly revealed a side of mind that hitherto I had only been dimly aware of. I now learned of human capacity for violence and hatred because of outrage and indignation. Outrage is the rage that is outed and must be pacified.

A lesson I gained from this was that when you are very angry, you must remain calm and quiet. You must not do or say anything.
