Facts, Truths and Consequences

Facts, Truths and Consequences

For the purposes of this "essay", facts are taken to mean as truths although sometimes they are not. Truths themselves are ambiguous. What are true to some people may not be so to others. Most living truths, as opposed to scientific facts, are personal. Science does not tmake claim about "truths", only "facts". Even so, scientific "facts" change as human understanding about them advances. Anyway, this essay is a reflection on various strange, obut common facts about human behavior.

1. Humans all dream up of a basis, a reason to live. To that aim, most humans, especially mediocre folks and scumbags, shamelessly hang on, cling to, take pride in some nebulous, hazy, unworthy "accomplishment(s)". A few simple and nauseous illustrations would suffice.
An asshole, undistinguished in school and in the military, but loves power. So he established an Internet forum and invited people to join him. But he loves delisting members left and right at his whim. What a fucking despicable power-hungry asshole!

Various undistinguished guys have nothing better to do than to take undue pride in having a job and save enough money for retirement. Shit, any monkey can do that. if you want to feel proud of yourself, do something that only very few people can do. Be an Einstein, a Shakespeare, or a Steve Jobs.

Invariably all parents are proud of their children's achievements, which is understandable. The genes were successfully passed on. But to take pride in somebody else's achievements and to derive vicarious pleasure from them is an act of supreme banality. Only stupid and mediocre and untalented, humans would do that.

2. Most humans love power. The more stupid and insecure a person feels, the more he craves for it. I absolutely despise all untalented assholes who hunger for power. If I have a choice, I will ship all those assholes to North Korea or Siberia.

3. Most humans are hypocrites. Watch out for those who preach morality and ethics and generosity. Truly pious and ethical folks are quiet and not keen on talking about morality. They accept others as they are while they focus only on bettering themselves. True understanding leads to acceptance, not condemnation. Why should we condemn darkness and evil while they are part of the landscape of life, just like manure, filth, stench, corruption are part and parcel of the on-going process on this planet. We humans all have a choice. We
Iive within our choice. Let others live within theirs. We think ours is better than theirs, but they may think theirs is better than ours. Life is short and fragile. Just focus on our choice. Be happy and serene. Change our lifestyle, ourselves, and our lives, if we so desire. Live and let live. A scumbag's life is his own business, not ours unless and until it impinges and infringes on ours. Don't be angry and upset at fools who laugh, mock, and belittle our efforts and achievements. If we are angry and upset at them, that means we are insecure and not sure of who we are. Should we get mad at children and stupid people who don't know any better but they open their mouths and criticize us? Of course not, we ignore them. We don't take them seriously. We just move on. Some people behave like children and stupid, idiotic "people". Pay them no attention. Ignore the noise they're making. They are undeveloped humans.
