Truth must be the measure of our beliefs and our conduct.
It does not really matter if what others say about what we believe or our conduct is cruel. It only matters if it is true. If it is true, then it is useful. We learn something about ourselves or the world if we don't know that already.
In fact, we must welcome cruel but true words about our beliefs and who we are. They are like shock medications. They jolt us, wake us up, and transform us into better and more aware human beings. We learn more from cruel but true words than sweet, mellifluous utterances.
We must learn to be solitary, self-possessed, free from griefs and numb to the hurts caused by cruel and untrue words.
But what is true about God and the Universe? We must find them out by ourselves, by the force of our intellect, but we can start the journey by first digesting the article "Religious Views of Albert Einstein" from Wikipedia.
As humans we crave for respect from others, but sadly we neglect self-respect. In the final analysis, it is self-respect that is more important than respect and almost everything else in this world. A man must learn to walk tall and face truths squarely. Sooner or later a man would know if he knows and see things a bit more deeply than most people around him. A stupid fool remains stupid no matter how often and how much he lies to himself.
One must have the strength and courage for truths. Cowards cannot handle truths.
Are you, deep down a coward? Are you the type who is annoyed that somebody else is better and more accomplished than you are and thus you are compelled to tell lies, to slander/libel that person in order to inflict pain on that person and to satisfy your animalistic imperatives? If you are, you are not even human. You are just a piece of shit.
You know and we know who you are in this forum and others.
